Who we are

“ACS” and “we” mean Aquilyn Digital LLP, Silchar, Assam (GSTIN: 18ACNFA2400M1ZD). These terms apply to hosting, Website Care, app hosting and Wubble services.

What we provide

The services described on your plan at the time of purchase: server space, managed updates, backups and support as listed. We promise what each plan page says — nothing more, nothing less. We do not publish uptime guarantees; we publish what we actually do (daily backups, monitoring, 24-hour support response).

Pricing and renewals

All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Your renewal price is the same as your sign-up price unless we notify you at least 30 days in advance. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, spam, phishing or malware.
• “Fair use” bandwidth means typical business-site traffic; we will talk to you before acting if usage is extreme.
• You are responsible for the content of your site; we are responsible for the platform it runs on.

Your data and leaving

Your files and database are yours. If you leave, we hand over a complete copy. No lock-in, no exit fee. We may suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
