What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, phone, email.
• Billing details needed for GST invoices.
• Technical logs from servers we run for you (IP addresses, error logs) — used only to operate and secure the service.

What we do with it

Provide the service, send invoices, and answer your messages. We do not sell your data, run ads against it, or share it beyond the infrastructure providers needed to run your site (Hetzner, Cloudflare).

Where data lives

Sites are hosted on Hetzner servers in Europe with backups on Cloudflare R2. If your business needs data stored inside India for compliance, tell us before signing up and we will advise honestly.

Your customers' data

Data collected by your website belongs to you. We access it only to operate, back up or restore your service, or when you ask us to.

Retention and deletion

Backups are kept for the retention period of your plan (7 or 14 days). When you leave, we delete your data from our systems after handover, except invoices we must keep for tax law.
