7-day window on managed plans

Not happy in your first 7 days on any managed hosting plan (Starter, Growth, Node / App, Node Pro)? Tell us and we refund the hosting fee in full. No forms, no arguing.

What isn't refundable

• Domain registrations — registries don't refund us either.
• Third-party licences bought on your behalf.
• Setup work already delivered on Wubble or custom projects.
• GST already remitted, where the law doesn't allow reversal.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime; your service runs to the end of the paid month and simply doesn't renew. No exit fee, and you get a full copy of your files and database.

Annual plans after 7 days

We refund the unused full months, minus the months used charged at the monthly rate. We'd rather refund fairly than keep an unhappy customer's money.
